Hoop Groop Workout Class

The Hula Hoop is an amazing workout tool. It is at the same time invigourating and hypnotic, stimulating and relaxing.
I can't think of an easier more effective mood elevating tune-up you can get in a small space with such cheap equipment in just 15 minutes!
Yeah, you can do situps and push ups and fedups!
People can't put the hoop down once they've gotten it. That's why you should take the class. Because you are having so much fun that you can overwork it, not knowing how to use your body correctly. It heats you up very quickly. That's how you know you are getting your workout minute's worth. This is core-muscles at work.
Also there are a lot of different things to do with the hoop to get the results you want whether that be weightloss, core strengthening or dance moves.

I show you stretches using the hoop that are more fun and more effective than more passive stretches.

I also have been having great successes with those with physical concerns like back issues, neurological challenges as well as cross training for other sports.
Hoops of different sizes and weights are provided for your use.
